Terms of Service
These terms cover the free website audit and each one-time Fix Pack purchase.
The service
Prepared AI analyzes public website information and produces an informational report. A paid Fix Pack grants access to the generated files, supported bundle formats, deployment workflow, and verification scan for the website report identified at checkout. It is not a subscription.
Your authority and responsibilities
You must have permission to scan the submitted website and to install or deploy files to it. Review generated content before publishing, keep credentials secure, maintain backups, and follow your hosting provider's rules. Do not use the service to probe systems unlawfully or interfere with other users.
Honest limitations
Scores and recommendations are point-in-time estimates based on available public and third-party data. We do not guarantee indexing, ranking, citation, traffic, revenue, or acceptance by any AI platform. External providers, site changes, robots rules, and network failures can affect results.
Payment and access
Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Stripe processes the payment. Successful payment unlocks the purchased Fix Pack on the purchasing device through a secure access cookie. The report link alone does not unlock paid files. If device access is lost, contact support with the Stripe receipt and report domain for manual recovery. We may suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or legal requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and our aggregate liability for a paid Fix Pack is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
