Refund Policy
If a paid Fix Pack cannot be delivered as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Before purchase
The checkout shows the one-time price and the report-specific product being unlocked. The free audit remains available without purchase.
Refund requests
Email support@prepared-ai.com within 14 days of purchase with the receipt email and report domain. We will refund duplicate charges, purchases we cannot fulfill, and material technical failures we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer cancellation or conformity rights that apply to you.
Digital delivery
Fix Pack access begins after successful payment. Where local law requires explicit consent before immediate digital delivery affects a withdrawal right, the checkout or follow-up flow must obtain that consent before production launch.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control.
Partial refunds and disputes
Any refund, including a partial refund, suspends Fix Pack access for the purchase. A payment dispute also suspends access while it is open. If a dispute is resolved in your favor, contact support with the receipt so access can be reviewed and restored manually.
