Data we process

• Website URLs, public page content, technical scan evidence, IP-derived rate-limit records, and generated reports.
• Contact details you submit through lead or checkout forms.
• Purchase identifiers, status, amount, currency, and receipt details returned by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Product events such as Fix Pack generation, download, deployment attempt, and verification scan.

Why we use it

We use this data to provide the requested service, fulfill purchases, secure and rate-limit the product, support customers, measure the conversion funnel, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Processors and transfers

We use service providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for application data, Vercel for hosting, and configured audit providers for scan checks. Each provider processes only the data needed for its role and may process data outside your country under its own safeguards.

Retention and your choices

Reports and operational records are retained only while needed to deliver and protect the service. Purchase records may be retained for statutory accounting periods. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by emailing privacy@prepared-ai.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records where law requires it.

Cookies

Prepared AI does not use advertising cookies. Stripe may use essential cookies on its hosted checkout to prevent fraud and complete payment. If non-essential analytics are added later, this policy and the consent experience must be updated first.
